Huhtamaki India Ltd — earnings calls

2 quarters summarised from transcripts filed with the exchange, every statement cited. Newest first.

Q1 FY27 earnings call

Huhtamaki India reported net sales growth of 23.1% for Q2 CY26, with growth split roughly evenly between price, volume and product mix. EBITDA margin improved to 10.5% from 8.3% and EBIT margin rose to 8.5%, while profit before tax grew 77% year-on-year to Rs 559 crores. Management attributed the performance to a broad-based mix of pricing and volume across both domestic and export markets, partly offset by raw material cost pressure from the Middle East crisis.

Q4 FY26 earnings call

Huhtamaki India reported net sales up 10 basis points year-on-year for Q1 CY26, while EBITDA improved by 24.8% on a sequential and year-on-year basis driven by sales mix and operational efficiency. The quarter included a one-off INR 88 million charge related to a prior-year depreciation calculation error, which management said brought reported EBIT growth down to 4% versus an underlying 27.8% improvement excluding the item. Management also discussed raw material cost inflation following a war-related disruption, price pass-through to customers, and updates on sustainability initiatives across safety, climate, water and product pillars.
