2 quarters summarised from transcripts filed with the exchange, every statement cited. Newest first.

Q1 FY27 earnings call

KPIT reported Q1 FY27 constant currency revenue growth of 0.1% year-on-year and a USD revenue decline of 0.6% year-on-year, with a quarter-on-quarter constant currency decline of 3.6%, driven largely by weakness among European OEMs amid Chinese competition, tariffs, and geopolitical disruption. EBITDA margin was 17.2%, EBIT margin 12.3%, and PAT was INR 1.17 billion, with profit further impacted by forex losses and a share of loss from Qorix. Management said the company won USD 257 million in new deals during the quarter, largely in connected cars, aftersales transformation and autonomous, and expects growth to return in the second half of the year, led by Q4.

Q4 FY26 earnings call

KPIT reported Q4 FY26 revenue growth of 1.8% in constant currency and 12% year-on-year in rupee terms, with EBITDA margin at 20.6% for the quarter and 20.8% for FY26. Management cited $349 million of net new deal wins in the quarter, 18% year-on-year growth in trucks and off-highway, and highlighted headwinds including delayed vehicle programs, a cancelled Honda platform program, and lower than expected growth in middleware and autonomous driving. For FY27, management guided to EBITDA margin of 20.5% to 21.2%, 30% year-on-year growth in solutions and products, and said two large SDV programs were ending which would be largely offset by growth in newly acquired accounts.
