Sona Comstar reported Q1 FY27 revenue growth of 54% year-on-year to 12,310 crores, with EBITDA up 49% to 303 crore and net profit up 45% to 181 crores, while EBITDA margin came in at 23.1% due to input cost inflation and product mix. Management announced two new joint ventures with Denso covering high-voltage electric and hybrid powertrain systems as well as 2 and 3-wheeler technologies, and disclosed a new Robotics and Physical AI business line with an order book of ₹8 billion. For the full year, revenue grew 26%, EBITDA grew 13%, and PAT grew 11%, with full year EBITDA margin at 24.7%. Management highlighted new driveline order wins including three from European OEMs, a closing cash balance of nearly Rs 1,270 crore, and named commodity inflation, higher minimum wages in Haryana, and gas availability as headwinds during the quarter.
