Q1 FY27 earnings call

SAIL reported Q1 FY27 EBITDA of Rs 4,356 crore, up more than 50% from Rs 2,925 crore a year earlier, with EBITDA margin at 16.7% and EBITDA per tonne crossing Rs 10,464. Q4 FY26 earnings call

SAIL reported Q4 FY26 crude steel production up 4% to 4.9 million tons and sales volume up 4% to 5.3 million tons, with sales turnover rising 5% to Rs 30,541 crore. For full year FY26, the company posted its highest ever sales volume of 19.9 million tons, an 8% rise in sales turnover to close to Rs 110,000 crore, and PBT and PAT growth of 44% and 51% respectively. Management also cited a debt reduction of Rs 8,150 crore during the year and said the balance sheet was clean of qualifications for the first time in many years.
